Refund Policy & Visit Charges
Our standard doorstep inspection and visiting charge starts from Rs. 200. This charge becomes applicable once the assigned technician visits your location, whether or not you proceed with the final repair quotation.
Service, inspection and skilled labour charges are non-refundable after the applicable physical service work has been completed. Similarly, charges for spare parts are non-refundable once a component has been permanently installed.
If an installed part is found to be defective during its applicable warranty period, it may be repaired or replaced as per the warranty terms. Refunds for such components are not provided.
Data Privacy Policy
We are committed to handling customer information responsibly and maintaining appropriate privacy safeguards throughout the service process.
Information such as your name, phone number, email address, residential address and service-related details may be collected when required to schedule visits, coordinate technicians and process payments.
We do not sell, rent or trade customer information with third-party marketers. Information may be shared only where necessary with authorized personnel involved in service delivery or trusted payment processing providers.
Customer information is retained only for legitimate operational, accounting, legal, tax or dispute-resolution requirements.
Service Warranty Terms
Standard repairs and supplied replacement components may carry a service warranty of up to 90 days, subject to the specific repair and warranty conditions communicated at the time of service.
Certain complex cases may have a limited warranty or 0-day warranty. These may include severe physical damage, component-level liquid damage, intermittent software issues or certain legacy panel-related repairs.
The applicable warranty period will be communicated before the work begins wherever relevant. An original physical or digital service invoice is required when submitting a warranty claim.
Warranty coverage may become void if the appliance is subsequently modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party, or if further damage occurs due to conditions such as severe power surges.
